I was marveled to discover that apple cider vinegar can help soothe sore throat. Of all the remedies for sore throat, I never knew that apple cider vinegar cut in. Recently I was going through my late grandmothers healing book and stumbled on the chapter that addressed this issue. I prescribed it to a friend and boy it worked. This bring us back to the question of what properties does apple cider vinegar possess that makes it suitable for sore throat.
Apple cider vinegar has anti-bacteria properties that help in warding off germs causing the sore. Its high level of acidity help in balancing the pH level of the throat tissues while getting rid of the sore causing bacteria. Prebiotic insulin found in ACV helps in boosting the bodies immunity by increasing the numbers of T- Cell and while blood cells. It helps loosen the phlegm and rids the bacteria to give instant relief for sore throat.
