Arthritis juice recipe that works, this usually occurs at the knees, finger, wrists, elbow, toes, hip, shoulder, neck and the joint between the bones of the spin.

Foods to avoid:

 I recommend you avoid acid forming foods like dairy products, deep-fried foods, cooked food, processed/refined food, soft drinks, medication, sugar products, salty foods, artificial food additives and alcohol.  Something plant protein can be acidic but they are more easily assimilated than animal protein. Some plant foods like citrus fruits, peppers, eggplant, tomatoes, and potatoes should be consumed in minimal quantity.

Beneficial Foods:

So many fruits and vegetables are beneficial in the healing and prevention of Arthritis, which are listed as followed, apple, avocado, fresh green leafy vegetable, ginger, onion, sweet potato, turmeric, plum, red grapes, pear and pineapple. Also anti-inflammatory foods, essential fatty acids like flaxseed oil, borage seed oil, and evening primrose oil are necessary.

Arthritis Juice Recipe:

  • 2 carrots
  • 1 sweet potato
  • ¼ small pineapple
  • 1-inch ginger root

Bromelain is an enzyme found in pineapple which is a good anti-inflammatory food. Only freshly extracted juice is recommended, pasteurized, canned or frozen juices have lost it phytochemicals and enzymes which is more or less useless to the body.
