How Sarah and Mary battled HIV & AIDS with these great juices ( HIV & AIDS JUICES )

In Ayurveda, Juice Recipes, Juicing for Health by Marvin Francis

I had the opportunity to speak in a hospital sometime last year on the topic of healthy juicing, how juicing can help boost the immune system and fight diseases. It was a very successful lecture and the whole crowd was so eager to learn. After the lectures the doctor called me to his office, we had a very long conversation, he told me about two of his patient that are currently undergoing treatment for HIV. He personally asked me to put them on a juicing program and told me how much he believed in the potent power of juicing. I meet with these two great ladies, their names where Sarah and Mary, these two ladies where so amazing and where so eager to join me on this journey. We tried out so many juices recipes but these particular ones am about to give you were very potent. After about 10 days they showed remarkable improvements, and they now go about their daily lives feeling healthy and strong. One of the advantages of juicing brought in their lives is that they now found the need to maintain a healthy lifestyle and eat more of fresh fruits and vegetables. The last time I checked, I heard that Sarah had turned completely vegan and she is living a happy live in Malaysia as an organic farmer, not worrying over any disease.  Before I go straight to this juice recipe let me talk a little about AIDS & HIV and which foods to avoid and once to stick to.

AIDS has no known cure yet and anyone living with HIV should be under a doctor’s care. However, dietary therapy can improve immune function, promote resistance to infections associated with AIDS and reduce symptoms associated with HIV and AIDS

  • Organic fruits and vegetables, which are free of chemicals
  • Shitake mushrooms, which studies has shown to strongly support the immune system
  • Garlic, an antibacterial, antiviral and antifungal which guards against opportunistic infection
  • Flaxseed oil: 1 tbsp per day

  • Sweet foods, including honey and fruit juices, which encourage the growth of molds and yeast

  • Refined flour
  • Animal Fats in meat and dairy products, as they decrease immunity
  • Alcohol, which increase susceptibility to infection
  • Sugar
