I have never bothered about my health, my major concern was making money and I eat anything that comes my way from burger, fries to pizza. For me as far as it tasted good, it’s good to go, the only vegetable I managed to eat was the ice berg lettuce in my burger. - Inculcate good eating habits
- Eat/drink more fruits and vegetables
- Drink at least 2-3 liters/quarts of water daily
- Supplement with high quality probiotics
