Juice recipe for inflammatory problems

Gout, arthritis and asthma can all be attributed to inflammatory problems. Whenever we have an attack it’s recommended that we stop eating and start drinking water and fresh juices.

I strongly recommend that the below listed food should be reduced in consumption if you witness any pain or attack in your body, they are tomatoes, potatoes, eggplants, spicy food, meat, meat organs, animal fats, pork, processed foods, white sugar, dairy products, coffee, soda drinks, alcohol, tobacco, and the deadly corn flour

Increase: Lots of fruits and green vegetables, and pure drinking water.

Juice recipe for inflammatory problems:

  • 2 ribs celery
  • ½ pineapple
  • 1 small cucumber
  • ¼ lemon
  • ½ inch ginger

Note: I advise you cut the pineapple into to small chunks in other not to clog the juice, because of its fibrous nature.

If the case is diabetes replace the pineapple with bitter ground.
