I suffered chronic migraine for over 2 years; I tried so many medications that gave me only short relief. I never knew that my unhealthy habits contributed much to my health issues. I feed my self mostly on junk foods like fried potatoes, burgers, pizzas, soda and various other unhealthy diets, which contributed mostly in migraine.
Most of the time migraine is caused due to dehydration. I suggest you drink plenty of water and a lot of fresh food and vegetables juices to rid the body of toxins that are the main culprit of migraine.
Minerals like potassium, calcium and magnesium are found in most fruits and vegetable which are great remedies for migraine.
Recommended fruits and vegetable: Dark green vegetables, Bananas, Celery, Cantaloupe, Cucumber, Lemon, Pineapple, Watermelon and Ginger.
Migraine Juice recipe:
- ½ small pineapple
- 3-4 leaves kale ( or 2 handfuls of spinach)
- 1 rib celery
- ½ lemon
- ½ inch ginger root and loads of water
