I call it my morning alkalizing juice. It’s my favorite way to start the day. It soothes my system and helps me balance my PH levels.

Makes about 1 (8 – OUNCE) SERVING

  • 1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Teaspoon lemon juice

The above drink is like a morning ritual for me, I can stress how much important the ingredients listed below are:

Apple Cider Vinegar: Apple cider vinegar is a go to remedy for curing everything from indigestion to allergies and flu. I can’t over emphasize its importance in alkalizing the body and improving digestion by increasing hydrochloric acid in the stomach.

Lemon Juice: Drinking lemon juice first thing in the morning, and waiting 15 to 30 minutes to have before breakfast have huge benefits to your health and combining them with the ingredients listed above produces enormous benefits. The vitamin C content of lemon juice gives the immune system a boost. Lemon juice is great source of potassium which is good for the heart. It also aids in healthy digestion by loosening toxins in your digestive tract, it helps to relieve symptoms of indigestion such as heartburn, burping, and bloating. It also flushes toxins in the body and enhances enzyme functions and aids in preventing viral infections.

Raw Honey: Honey is rich in powerful antioxidant and cancer fighting phytonutrients and contains many enzymes that helps digest food more easily. Honey also serves as a great cough suppressant and has being found to be useful in treatment of the upper respiratory infections. Honey can be used as medicine because it has anti-microbial, anti-inflammatory, anti-fungal, and antiseptic properties.
